Is CPS Using Your Past Against You?

Are you surprised, saddened, and dismayed to find that a CPS case is keeping your long-distance past against you? For child protection services social workers, this is standard practice.

You have also found that many, if not most CPS social workers have no compassion towards parents, grandparents, or other members of the family. They are hard-core destroyers of the family and to justify themselves for the evil they do, they grow a jaded viewpoint that removes their sense of humanity and consciousness.

They persuade themselves to be primadonna child savers, while at the same time committing the worst possible child abuse in removing children from their natural families to be put with foreigners. Justification is their method for coping. However, they've forgotten this long ago. It's part of the framework now, and they know the rules.

Rule # 1 is about discovering something wrong in the family, and any reason for family destruction would do for many social workers.

Thus, if you are a grandparent who in the past had a CPS investigation conducted on you 15 years ago, your name was presumably added to the "Core Register" of your state, a blacklist of individuals whose names were often made available to CPS in the past. Even if your case back then was not "established," your name could be on the registry, and if the need for some kind of support ever emerged, that may prevent you from having custody of your grandchildren's kinship treatment.

When you are a parent whose child is about to be abducted, if you are being prosecuted, you can guarantee that social workers are looking – not just in current situations, but also in the background – at child protection services. They might try to force you to send them the phone number of your ex-husband or ex-wife so that they can call to collect dirt that your ex may agree to share with them.

If thirty years ago you used recreational drugs, even if it was "just weed" and for the last thirty years you have been absolutely safe, you can bet they will be interested in that. You're going to be branded a drug user, despite the fact that you're no longer a druggie, and could be required to take courses to avoid drug addiction, get into rehab, and submit to drug tests.

Does he surprise you with any of this? It surprised and shocked me when, back in the 1980s, it happened to me. It is still happening today, but social workers have become much more practiced and educated about what they are doing in their attempt to try to show that children are being exploited by America's parents in the years that followed.
